  • Held important positions such as chief of staff to the Romanian Ministry, the Office of the Minister of State for Economic Affairs, and Personal Counselor of the Minister to the Ministry of Transport, possessing profound knowledge and ability in government relations and public affairs management.

  • Served as the Consulate General of Romania in Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR , and the first secretary of the Embassy of Romania in the People's Republic of China, promoting cross-cultural and cross-field cooperation, communication and development with strong diplomatic skills and a global perspective.
