Participation in the Endless Grants Programs is entirely voluntary. Independent third-party projects that are deemed eligible to receive support under the Endless Grants Programs may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions. Endless does not and cannot control the activity or data on the Endless protocol, which is a public, decentralized, and permissionless blockchain. Endless further does not oversee or influence the development, deployment, or operations of any third-party projects that utilize or interact with the Endless protocol. The participation, selection, or receipt of funding by any third-party project under any Endless Grants Program shall not be construed as an endorsement, recommendation, or validation of such project by Endless or any affiliated entity. Endless makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the legality, functionality, security, or performance of any third-party projects.
